IMPEACH & CONVICT TRUMP
No one is above the Constitution.
No one is above the Constitution. Demand accountability.
ADD YOUR NAME★ THE BILL
Tracked from congress.gov · reintroduced each Congress until it passes.
★ WHAT'S HAPPENING
THE SITUATION
Members of Congress have filed formal impeachment resolutions. Rep. Al Green (TX) filed H.Res. 939 (Dec 2025); Rep. Shri Thanedar (MI) introduced seven articles (H.Res. 353) — citing abuse of power, defiance of court orders, unlawful deportations, misuse of the Justice Department, and incitement of political violence against lawmakers and judges.
Impeachment is the Constitution's accountability process for a president's "high crimes and misdemeanors" (Art. II, §4) — it is not an election.
★ WHAT'S AT RISK
- Defiance of court orders going unchecked sets a precedent for every future president (cited in the filed articles).
- Threats of political violence against lawmakers and judges corrode democracy itself (cited in H.Res. 939).
- Due process — unlawful deportations + misuse of the DOJ put everyone’s rights at risk (cited in the articles).
★ IN PLAIN TERMS
Impeachment — The Constitution’s accountability process for serious misconduct — the House brings charges, the Senate holds a trial. It is not an election.
Articles of impeachment — The formal written charges. Members of Congress have filed them; this campaign pushes the House to act.
Article II, §4 — The part of the Constitution that lets Congress remove a president or official for "treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors."
★ WHY IT MATTERS
0
presidents have ever been removed by the Senate — accountability has never fully landed
Democracy depends on accountability under the law. When officials defy court orders and the Constitution, the people have the right to demand the process the founders built. No one is above the law.
★ WHO'S CARRYING THIS FIGHT
From the Capitol to the streets, this is the line of power behind the bill.
★ THE CONSTITUTIONAL QUESTION
The Constitution assigns impeachment to the House (Art. I) and sets the standard — "high crimes and misdemeanors" (Art. II, §4). This campaign invokes that built-in process. It is constitutional accountability, not an election.

Why this viability: Removal is not realistic this Congress; the win is forcing the filed articles onto the record and into public view — and setting the limit for every future president.
★ WIN PATH · Message + accountability
Chokepoint: U.S. House · The play: Force the filed articles into the open — demand hearings, build the record · Leverage: Constituent pressure · the constitutional process
Eight-systems impact
Historical pattern: Unchecked executive power — the accountability mechanisms the founders built going untested.
★ WHAT WE'RE DEMANDING
Tell Congress: take up the filed articles of impeachment and hold a real constitutional-accountability process — defend due process and the rule of law.
